The New King & Queen of the Beach Crowned on Sunday 15th July at Coca Cola Beach Volleyball Festival in Bray. After 2 days of competition David Fischer & Angela Lewis both from the US, have been crowned the 2007 King & Queen of the beach.

In the Coca Cola Beach Volleyball Festival Competition, the Men’s Section was won by Daniel Apanowicz and Slawomir Wresniak. After a compelling 3 set match against Johnathan Whitty & Odhran O'Braonain, Daniel Apanowicz & Slawomir Wresniak ran out winners to take the men’s title
- The women section was won by Miriam Gormally and Doireann Counihan. They won in 2 sets against Leanne Dignam & Alena Dvorakova, coming back from 10-3 down in the 2nd set.
- The Inaugural Inter Cultural Cup was a huge success and was eventually won by Babel in an exciting 3 set match on the Main Sand Arena. The Inter Cultural Cup Final was the main event on the Saturday and brought the days play to an exciting climax.
- Coca Cola announce Celebrity Match on Sunday as part of The Coca Cola Beach Volleyball Festival, Bray in aid of Special Olympics Ireland - The matches will include high profile participants including current Leinster, Irish and Australian International Rugby Players; GAA Legends past and present and well known personalities from the world of showbiz and entertainment.
- Australian & UK International Men Players confirmed for Coca Cola Beach Volleyball Festival - 2 International Men, Aaron Crook (Aus) & Tristan Sheppard (Eng) have been confirmed for the Coca Cola Beach Volleyball Festival in Bray Co Wicklow.
- Team USA confirmed for Bray 14&15 July: Last year's Queen of the Beach,
Kathleen Madden, returns to Bray this summer for the Coca Cola Beach Volleyball festival on July 14th and 15th, and is also rejoined by Kirstin Olsen. There are 2 newcomers in Angela Lewis and Jenelle Koester who are both highly ranked in the AVP tour.This year also sees two high-profile male participants taking part in the event; David Fischer and Jack Quinn will also be embracing the east coast this summer.
- The Volleyball Association are delighted to announce the confirmation of the
Coca Cola Beach Volleyball Festival. The 2 day event will be taking place in Bray, Co. Wicklow on Sat 14th July & Sun 15th July. Amongst the highlights taking place throughout the weekend are the return of Team USA.
